What Information Do We Collect?

Once we receive your closure request, we will process it within 45 to 90 days. During this time, your account will be deactivated. Certain information may be retained for legal, regulatory, operational, or legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention, financial reporting, or compliance obligations).
