Booked a mattress pickup, or thinking about one? Here is the whole experience, minute by minute, with nothing left mysterious.
Booking: sixty seconds, one guarantee
You enter your ZIP code and item list, the engine returns an exact price starting at $85, and you pick a window. Same day and next day windows are usually available. The price you accept is locked, and everything after this point is our problem.
Assignment: a local Loader takes the job
A background checked local pro, a Loader, accepts your job from the network. You get text updates confirming the window and the arrival, so nobody spends a morning staring at the driveway.
The removal: inside the home, no prep heroics
Your Loader comes inside and takes the mattress from wherever it lives, bedroom, basement, or garage. Doorway angles, disassembly of frames, and the carry are all included. Your prep list is short: strip the bedding, clear a path, and mention anything unusual at booking, like a gate code or a building elevator reservation.
The routing: where it actually goes
Clean, gently used mattresses are offered to local charity partners first. Recyclable ones route to facilities where they operate, where the steel, foam, and wood re enter material markets. Compliant disposal is the last resort, not the default. Your price is identical across all three outcomes.
The finish
You get a completion update, and the order tracker shows the whole arc. If a box spring or frame is going too, add them at booking, the box spring adds $15 and additional items are discounted on the same trip.
The two minute version
Book with a ZIP, get a locked price, pick a window, point at the mattress. That is the entire job description on your side. Start with your price, or read how the whole model works first.
