What happens if I need to re-schedule my mattress removal appointment?
If it is more than 24 hours, you may go into your booking confirmation and change it. If you have trouble or need to change it in less than 24 hours, please contact us at 877-708-8329.
What if I have more than just a mattress and box springs that need to be removed?
We also offer furniture removal for your convenience! Visit our Furniture Removal page for more information about what furniture we take.
What if I can't be there for the scheduled time, but I can put the items outside?
You absolutely can leave your items outside for pickup. Please note any special pickup circumstances in the notes section while booking.
How much does it cost to have my mattress removed?
Our rates start at $85. We charge by piece which is shown after you select what we are picking up through our online booking system.
Are king box springs considered one or two items?
Two. We do charge by the individual piece count due to the added volume the box springs take up on our trucks. There is also an added cost per piece at recycling/disposal sites.

I had an appointment with Mattress Disposal Plus, but no one showed up?
We apologize in advance if this happen. Please contact us immediately at 877-708-8329 and we will work with you to resolve it in a timely manner.
How do I get reimbursed if I cancel the appointment?
Please notify us and we will refund you. If it is less than 24 hours, please see the terms and conditions in your confirmation for the fee that applies.
Does Mattress Disposal Plus reimburse the customer if it is the companies fault the truck did not arrive on the scheduled date?
If we are unable to complete the pick up on your scheduled day of service, we will issue a full refund. However, this does not apply to a missed time window on your scheduled day of service. Unfortunately, service delays such as weather, traffic, stop delays and truck issues can and do happen.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are currently only accepting major credit or debit cards at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
My building has a specified window of time moving trucks are allowed, does Mattress Disposal Plus accommodate this window of hours?
We always do our best to accommodate our customers, in most cases we are able to do so.
Will this service disassemble items upon arrival to my home?
Yes it does, for a fee of $15 you can select furniture or bedding break down when scheduling your booking.
How does Mattress Disposal Plus dispose of the items they remove?
“We believe in green living. We strive to recycle or donate as many items as we possibly can. However, Certain circumstances can and do prevent Mattress Disposal Plus from recycling. Potential circumstances that would prevent recycling include but are not limited to the following:
- Lack of recycling/donation facility within proximity to pickup location
- Recycling or donation center refusal of items
- Poor condition or contamination of items
- Bed Bugs or other insect infestation
- Inclement weather or other “Acts of God”
What all does Mattress Disposal Plus remove?

Is there anything MD+ does not take?
At this moment we are not able to take any appliances.
Are you licensed and insured to do this work?
We have insurances on insurances! So you are safe in our hands. We are insured ourselves and also each truck has their own insurance for your protection.
How do I book an appointment?

When should I book an appointment?
You may book next day anytime before 6pm EST. We also allow bookings in advance up to 30 days.
Do you offer same day appointments and services?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer same day services. We believe in scheduling and planning for the benefit of our customers and employees.
Can you move my items to another location
We may be able to depending on the situation. Please contact us at 877-708-8329 to see if we can accommodate your request.
What equipment does the team arrive with?
Our teams are equipped with all the proper tools (dolly’s, straps, gloves and power tools, etc.).
